In terms of monthly mobile phone and smartphone charges, the most common answer was 5,000 yen to less than 10,000 yen.
Overall, many people are paying relatively high amounts, and it can be expected that many people are still contracting with major carriers. On the other hand, although the ratio is small, about 10% of the people have monthly charges of less than 1,500 yen. It can be said that mobile phone and smartphone charges vary greatly depending on the individual. ■ How do you feel about the charges for the mobile phones and smartphones you are currently using?
The majority of the respondents who answered "high" or "very high" to the current rate accounted for 65% of the total. On the other hand, only about 25% of the respondents answered "cheap" or "very cheap", indicating that many people feel that the usage fee is high. In addition, the number of people who chose "high" was the highest in any age group in their 20s and 50s, and it can be said that there is not much difference depending on income or age. ■ Would you consider switching if another company offers a great plan?

The most common price for mobile phones and smartphones was 50,000 to 100,000 yen. In Japan, the usage rate of iPhone is high, and the price of iPhone is about 80,000 to 100,000 on average, so this result can be said to be reasonable. Also, since the price of Android is mainly about 20,000 to 50,000, it can be inferred that those who choose less than 50,000 yen are Android users. ■ Summary This time, we conducted a survey on mobile phone and smartphone charges at Zeniemon, and 300 people answered. Looking at the results of the questionnaire, we found that quite a lot of people are spending money on mobile phones and smartphones.
